Home Vestors?? I think that is We Buy Ugly Houses?? Remember the caveman dude that was around years ago that I haven’t seen in about 5 years???
Homevesters is a franchise. Yes, they have the billboards about buying ugly houses. If you own the franchise you have to pay an upfront fee and a percentage for each transaction. The people that I know that have owned the franchise said they received very little support once the market went sour.
They had 100s of homes and did a bit in rentals. Now that the market is poor, they had to dump most of their homes and they primarily deal in their rental properties. They wish they would not have to pay them anymore fees.
