Recently I had the pleasure to run into a Commercial investor also a broker who holds the CCIM designation, who truly opened my eyes in investment world of Mutual Funds vs a Commercial transaction, which vehicle brings over $1M net in the shortest amount of time and gives you the highest return? He cut through the chase and gave me the how to in 30 minutes and oh my !!!
I was so so impressed by this that I asked him to think of me as a student who needs to be mentored and if he minded to record it for me so I can refer to it over and over again and low and behold he did that and not only I have that in my possession but I asked him if I could share the content with others who wanted this information and yes he did allow me and so I am going to share this with whomever wants it and may we all be blessed by this knowledge and also prosper and provide for our familis and others, my goal is with the money I will be making in commercial real estate to eventually acquire a huge commercial building and make it into a very comfortable place free of charge for our Veterans who sacrificed for us so selflessly and they can have a place to live comfortably and I also plan to adopt and release all dogs that are about to be uthenized from shelters and bring them to our Veterans, let the bonding begin and last for many years to come.

But I’m with you on that. I have to catch stray cats so my trailer park doesn’t turn into a cat land, but I drop them off at a church instead of bringing them to the pound.
