comps must be put into some data base in order for a searcher to find them. the most common data base is the mls, ususally owned and operated by an association of Reators. Therefore you must employ a Realtor to find those for you, in some way or another.

There are sites out there such as Zillow they are sometimes very inaccurate. The best way to get the most accurate comps is to develop a good working relationship with a good REALTOR. They have access to the mls which a great source of information.

Go down to county office and look up recorded sales.
