I am a licensed agent (2yrs) but am far and foremost an investort (who happens to be licensed)) and would like to use my smarts to raise money and buy properties and would like an ownership interest in this… So the million dollar question is…what is fair? 10% ownership? 20%? 25%? a property for putting the deal together? For example let’s say i find 5 homes that are 20-30% below value (ARV) and find investors to raise money, put it together and would rather have ownershop interest of everything. Is this fair? Do people do this? I’ll be doing everything. Culling lists of properties, analyzing, negotiating, writing up contracts, marketing to find end buyers or rent to owners, etc… Help
