How do you handle properties out of your range?

When you run ads such as “we buy properties any condition and any price”, how do you take advantage of the deals out of your parameters or out of your price range? Do you bank on trying to wholesale them or are there other options I am missing?

One option is to sell your leads. Even though they may not be valuable to you, they may be to others. There may be real estate agents in your area who would pay you for leads on properties that don’t make sense for you. Especially if it’s because they are too expensive.

Find a wholesaler who’ll pay a finder fee for the leads. I pay $10 for a picture of junky vacant house and property information sheet in my target neighborhoods. I’m sure I’m not the only one. :slight_smile:

I’m in San Antonio, TX. I just started listening to Legrand’s strategy and what he suggests (from what I gathered so far) is to take an option on the propery and have the seller make the payments until you find a buyer, or continue to contribute to part of the property price.

I thought about wholesaling the leads. Thats an option that makes sense as well. I am in the process of getting my Realtor license, so thats another option I have.
