How do you find your "Ugly Ducks"?

Hey Everyone,

I was just wondering what techniques you veteran bird dogs use to find ugly houses and lots for your investors? Do you just drive around until you spot properties that fit the criteria, do you use certain websites such as realtor.com or pay for foreclosure listings or a combination? What have you found to be the easiet way to find the best deals?

I use rehablist.com thay haveunder market value deals. also try finding a local agent who handles REO’s thay will be happy to help. Or look for adds that say (fixxer upper or handyman special) that peson is a 9 times out of 10 a wholesaler and might have other deals to sell. good luck
