How Do You Find Tenants Who Want to Do Lease Option

  1. I am in the process of negotiating a deal on a house and would like to do a lease option on it. How do I go about finding tenants who are interested in lease options and I can call as soon as the deal closes.

  2. Also, with regards to the length of the lease option, is it usually one year, two year or whatever you negotiate for?

What I am trying to do is have a list of people available so that I can lease the house as soon as the deal closes.

I am new at this.
