I know alot of investors by and sell over the internet. How do you figure the arv and the repairs if you do not see the property? and what is the best way to find investors to flipp your property to?
There are a few sites like zillow.com and bankofamerica.com that can give you a ball park estimate of ARV. I really believe you need local help from a contractor to get repair estimates. Also, if you are buying out of your area, how do you know if the neighborhood is good, etc. I don’t recommend starting out that way.
As far as finding investors to flip to, “we buy houses” ads or internet lead sites, craigslist.org, backpage.com ad in newspaper.
