How do you determine credit for an LLC?

For example How do I know If I can walk into a bank and say my CO.(LLC) would like to buy this $80k duplex.Will you lend us the money?

my wife has a small LLC and the way she set-up her company to build credit was to set-up an account with Dunn and Bradstreet. hope this helps.

Don’t the banks lend the LLC money based on member credentials…income, debt, credit score, etc???
