How do you check a tenants credit?

I’m wondering what the process of checking a tenants credit is? who does this? How does it work? And what does it cost? thanks for any responce. :slight_smile:

I use www.tenantcredit.com…I wanna say it costs between $12 - 20 to do the credit and background checks…it’s all done on line. You have to establish an account, fax them some documents to prove you are a legit landlord, etc.
