How do you build a commercial buyer list?

Is there a good way to do this? I have a commercial multi-family deal I am trying to sell, and the numbers work. But, I am trying to find serious buyers who are interested. What is a good way to go about getting commercial buyers on board? Thank you in advance. :cool

Take an area around your subject property and do a search of title ownership of every commercial property owner around you! These people or entities are commercial property buyers and then you send a post card or letter making them aware you have a property for sale in the area they are currently invested in.
