i live in NYC and although the south bronx is still far away from luxury, a person wishing to live 15 minutes away from downtown can consider this area. i wish to make every rental unit as competitive as that in the Ritzy areas and with a competitive rate.
How can i convince the public that this is an ideal place to live…or at least attract them to see the aparment (which i think will really convince them)
