My middle credit score is about 600 and I have no w2s to show income. Is there any hope for me starting out now or do I have to get myself in a better position first?

Dont worry about credit and money. I have a simple solution for you… Start out as a ‘wholesaler’. You basically find the deals, tie them up and ‘wholesale’ them to other investors… I would like to recommend to you Ron Legrand’s Wholesale/Retail course as you can buy it used on ebay. Read all the posts here about ‘wholesaling’.
