Can anyone tell me a good short sale package consists of and where to get all of the proper forms?

Call the lender and ask for a short sale Package they will send you one. WHile all banks require almost the same information packets can vary. Here is the the basics to get while you are waiting

HARDSHIP LETTER

2 Years Tax returns

2 Months paystubs.
