How do I put a property under contract for wholesale with a realtor?

I studied, and know the in and outs like 90% doing it with one on one contracting with a private seller. How do I put a property under contract with a realtor? under my best intentions that I’m going to flip the contract. Reading that Real Estate agents hate wholesaling in a way cancels them out I guess.

All my friend is saying over and over again is put “your name and or assign” on the line. Still don’t understand, yet should there be some clause protecting my best interest such as “Assignment” using their type of contracts.

Anyways my point is how do I conduct wholesaling contracting with realtors?

Find an investor friendly Agent to work with.

Yes, there are plenty of Realtor that are willing to work with you. Some of them are sweet as pie. The give you loads of expired listings, etc… :biggrin

The new ones are the best ones. Show them how you can help them, and then throw them a bone (leads) every now and then.
