Hello. I am trying to find a Real Estate attorney in Philly and I have not had any success. Most of the investors I speak with do not use attorneys. I have tried the local REIA club meeting with no success. Any opinions would be appreciated.
You need to talk to the serious landlords in your area. Almost all serious landlords will use a real estate lawyer, at least occassionally.
