How do I get landlords' addresses?

I am looking for small apartment complexes and would like to send a letter to these landlords… how do I find their addresses (NOT the management companies)?

I’d rather not cull through the tax records if possible.

I had a guy ask one of my tenants for my phone number. So ask one of the tenants if you can have the landlords phone number.
