I admit, I took a huge risk because I tried to help someone. I need advice to know what are my options.
The notes are now overdue totaling about 120k.
I have 2 seconds. One is on a commercial rehab in TX and the other is on a home in Austin.
I believe the first is not yet in default. I live in CA and need help quick.
