This is my first post on this forum and I am not sure if this question is within the forum rules but how would I go about finding Wholesalers and birddogs in the Connecticut area? Thanks.
Go to as many investor meetings as you can and network.
Call all of the “We Buy Houses” ads in the paper, on bandit signs, and on Craigslist- often they are wholesalers in disguise.
Put an ad on Craigslist saying that you are looking for bird dogs and wholesalers.
That should get you started.
