How do I find local investing seminars

Hi, my name is Nick and I’m just getting started in the investing side of real estate. I live in Northern Jersey and I was hoping someone could direct me how to find local seminars (ie. Carlton Sheets seminars). Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
