How do I find an expert to form LLCs in Colorado

Hi, there. I am a beginner of real estate investment.
To do Lease option & Sub2, I’d like to form LLCs.

A famous real estate investor highly recommends [Pre-Paid Legal Services].

Could you tell me about your opinion about [Pre-Paid Legal Services].

OR how to go about finding a great attorney or company in Colorado
to help to form LLCs in order to do real estate investment

Thanks you so much!! :help

forming an LLC is not difficult, and, in my opinion, what attys charge for it is criminal.

the operating agreement is what does the heavy lifting, and you should get an atty to draft one that is suitable for your business.

I think pre-paid legal is a waste of money. I’ve never seen a pre-paid atty actually DO anything constructive.

Bill Bronchick is a Colorado attorney with a great deal of experience in working with investors.
He’s worth every dime.
Take a walk through www.legalwiz.com and then reach out to Bill.

He’s also a member of this site, albeit not terribly active.

I wouldn’t worry too much about finding an expert to form an LLC. I would imagine that many Attorneys in your area are familiar with “setting” one up. A good attorney, in my opinion, will also discuss with you how to actually operate the LLC properly, discuss some tax implications of your LLC, and make sure you are registered with the other necessary entities in Colorado.
