you can join your local rei club, call on the bandit signs that you might see on road sides, or post on your local rei web site. these should get you started.

Have you looked at the classified section on this forum? I mistakenly posted under this topic about bird dogging services, but what turned out to be my mistake helped me in finding what I was looking for on this site. I got a very polite and informed email telling me to go to the classified area to post about “services offered” there are bird dogs looking for investors under the classifeds here on this site. Go to the home page here and at the bottom you will see classifeds. I hope this helps. Good Luck with your investments and in finding a bird dog.

What are bandit signs? Also, how would you find birddogs at a RE club? What percentage or flat fee do birddogs typically charge?
