I am new to investing and just got a call from someone in MD interested in selling their home. Guy said he thought the house was worth $375,000, but when I checked it is more like $329,000. There is no mortgage, it is all paid in full and it is a house that he inherited and wants to sell so he can resume his life in FL. He woud like to close in 2 weeks. Also, NO REPAIRS NEEDED.
My question being new is… What creative method would you use to get the house? My intention would be to flip it to another investor to sell and just make a profit by selling the deal off to the other investor. What other options do I have?
