Ok, I am dumb strucken!!! They are selling a piece of land for $25 USD. Is this really possible? I am in South Africa (Cape Town) and there is no way you could even get a half an acre of land for that price! Is this a joke or are they actually being serious…?

Well’ the real estate is very high, i can’t imagin a cheaper deal on metropolitan areas, but you more likely to find great deal on smaller states like West Virginia, NC, etc
For resindecial, once again you are more like to get it on small states.
