HOW CAN WE GET RICH FROM THIS SUB-PRIME CRISIS?!

We’re all hearing so much about this sub-prime problem the mortgage industry is faced with.

What are some views on this?
How are the veterans on this forum preparing/taking advantage?
Has anyone noticed a significant difference in their foreclosure leads?
What’s the best way to play this market??

and most importantly…

How can we look back 5 years from now and say “It’s because I made the right moves 5yrs ago during the sub-prime crisis that I’m now worth a MILLION!” (give or take)
