I would like to know if anybody out there have experience in taking a company public or know how to find individuals that are experience in taking a company public? :help
First off you need to have a company big enough to do that. Chances are if you are asking this question on this forum your company isn’t big enough. You need to talk to a reputable stock broker that has the knowledge to do this.
A company can go “Public” regardless of current size. Some pink sheets companies trade for as little as $0.0001 cents.
1 / 100 of one cent!
There are a number of ways to become public. Reverse Merger, 504 & 505 SEC Public Offerings, Public Reporting Shells, etc.
I have a number of companies that we control which will do IPO’S in the next three to seven years.
Financial Services
Construction Services
Education
Educational Services
Information Technologies
Hardware Design
Software Processes
Is it really worth the expense of all of that SEC filing for a tiny company to go public?
It is if you can get funding to grow the company, its the whole point of going public. OPM other peoples money.
Thanks for your answers!
I have another question? Is it possible to find individuals to add to my board that has that experience in taking a company public? I have spoke to some VC and other Funding sources and there main question is do I have anbody with that experience :help

I am in the process of having a business plan form for starting a acquistion, and development company. The company will be form as a corporation that will go public in the future. We start out acquring real estate and then go into buying commercial business. When I incorporate I would like to bring on board (COO, Vice president, etc) that have experience in taking companies public? I talk to some VC that would like a say in the company and I don’t have a problem with that. But the VC that I have spoke to some still wants to know who else will have experience in this process? :help
