I have a house I want to flip but the potential buyer says she has 2 judgements on her record so mtge co wont give her money. Any ideas how we can put what she owes on contract or someway she can purchase a loan if she dont have cash to pay of judgements? Help lol
Unless you are prepared to front her the cash to pay off the judgments or you find a very lenient hard money lender, I don’t see this getting done.
If you were a mortgage lender, would you lend to someone who doesn’t pay their debts?
