How can I get approved with the first few lenders?

I have my broker’s license and am considering going independent. However, the lenders require 2 or more referrals from other lenders.

Where do I begin? What banks can I sign up with that do not have this requirement?

just my 2cents, go with a company like Supreme Lending, out of Dallas and open your own branch. Costs to Supreme are very reasonable and you have a good support system.

I tried Supreme, left a message and called again. They don’t seem to answer the phone. ???

If they can’t call you back they aren’t worth your time. Keep it moving and find someone else.
