What type of space is for rent? What methods have you tried?
I am planning to buy 2 properties in Arlington area, one had existing lease, the other lease expires in May/07. I am trying to prepare some resources to find tenant quickly for any one of them become vacancy. I just search on Google, but, don’t know exactly which one is the best, the advertisement always look good.
Anther way I went to the local REI club, but, didnot get much out of it.
