[b]Anyone know how to go about finding someone to partner with to get into real estate investing. I have the know-how to refurbish properties and I am really wanting to get into the market but after losing two great jobs I am only getting farther and farther away from my goals.
Any ideas on how to find a good partner to fund a flip project?
