I need to find a private investor for 20% of a condo conversion or 300,000- Any ideas?

You have posted this before in another section of this site. I think the person who responded had some very legitimate questions. Will you be able to find anyone to buy your condos? Based on what was posted as average income and average home purchase price you are overbuilding for the area.

They are building a new hospital and bringing in a lot of staff- this building is 4 blocks from that hospital. Do you think that would make a difference?

I would think it would. They will be bringing in Doctors, Nurses, and Obviously Administration personal.
