I am new to this for I just found it tonight and have been reading. I have been reading about bird dogging and wholesaling. And I am really good at finding homes. I am new to the RE investment business. I am looking for people who need help finding the perfect home to flip or investors that would like to get together and form a joint venture in investing into real estate and putting them up for rent for a year or till the market gets better and at that time fix them up and sell them off. I can also find homes all around the houston area.
Welcome…if you haven’t already, you may want to visit a couple of REIAs and have flyers and/or business cards printed with what you say in your post…(obviously include your contact info when advertising locally).
