House Flipping Inquiry

Hi, I’m a newish house flipper and have been trying to learn more about the discipline. I thought i’d post to a forum with some more veteran renovators. Are appliances actually one of the best “bang for your buck” renovations?

I think it all depends on your market and the house you are flipping. You can never go wrong with new or good appliances and good appliances are a must in a high end flip. I guess the bigger question is “Am I going to get a return on my money?” Some houses may only need a clean coat of paint and new carpet.

Yes appliances are sometimes good to earn for flipping as there are many of the good appliances but yes if they are very old and are not having good value it can be considered worst deal. In short it can be said that good condition appliances can lead to profitability in flipping.

I think homes will always sell better when they look finished. While stainless steel appliances are in, that does not mean that you have to go with st.st. Choose what you can afford and what the home should have based on location and price.

Good to see

Appliances can definitely make a difference! Although it’s not a huge investment…new appliances juts add the extra zeal in the eyes of a prospective buyer.
