For best ROI and why?
I will go for apartment complexes… as they are far better than hotels.
Firstly they provide more privacy and space than hotels.
Next its your wish whether you want to live in it or want to rent it…
There are no limitations…
Though they can be expensive but better long term investment…
From what I’ve seen… hotels provide the better ROI…
Obviously, this depends on the particular property, but as a whole… I have seen that hotels are the most profitable…
