wantting information on any place any one knows that will do hotel /motel funding bridge loans for 12 to 24 months ?

And will do the bridge /loan on the merits if possible the hotel /motel ?

Is this a franchise property?

Are there complete records for last 2 years?

The property is in Oregon State town of Pendleton

I can get P & L S for the last two years yes

It is not a franchise

It has 40 uints and is part of a chain called RODEWAY INN

I may be able to help you with that, assuming that since Rodeway is a franchise it is flagged. Rates are aroung 6.5% for a bridge on a full doc deal.
