I live in the DFW area,and am looking at probable foreclosure proceedings towards the end of Feb.I am interested in information about a short sale-
how do I find someone who might be interested in pursuing this?I owe 122500,with about 10000 equity.Any information you can provide would be greatly appreciated.

Look in the local papers and call any and all of the “we buy houses,” “sell your house fast,” “avoid foreclosures” ads that you find.
These are the investors that will buy your house.
