Any one have any experience buying homes in these programs. Just trying to get a sense of how much to bid - whether they would even consider a bid 10% under asking or if I’m just wasting my time.
Although I’ve read in other places that their listing prices are typically fair, thus far, I’m not finding that to be the case.
Have not dealt with them in some time. However: both of these entities used to have a policy of price reduction based on how long they had been on the market.
Both used to mark down proerties after about 60 days and then maybe 90 days, etc.
So, I would surmise that most any RERASONABLE offer would be considered and responded to.
