What a surpirse, this new legislation is hurting the RE business. I, for one, am not surprised, and I’m pretty sure that there was a post on here right after the legislation was passed that predicted all the problems they’re seeing now. Oh yeah, I forgot, the politicians know how the RE market works better than us investors, brokers, appraisers, etc. Hopefully the lobbyists can get the 18th month moratorium on the bill passed quickly. Morons.
