HELLO EVERYONE!

I Just received a message from a home owner responding to a letter that I sent him. He is very anxious to get some help, because he is in pre-foreclosure. I have not called him back yet. I have figured in my head already that I might have to do a short sale, because he paid to much for his house and the market is very slow in my area.

Can someone please help me and give me some advice on doing a short sale and how do I deal with an owner that is out of the country?

you need to call him asap, fill him in about the short sale process, get your documents to him to sign in front of a notary and mail back to you (the faster the better) and then get to work on the short sale package with the bank.
