should I get a home loan from my credit union ? bank ? mortgage lender ?
It all depends what you’re trying to accomplish, i.e. pulling money out at closing,refinancing, or new first mortgage.

It depends on what your plans are, what do you want to do with the property-buy and hold, flip, rehab. Shopping around is always a good idea, and creating a realtionship with a local bank will pay off in the long run.
