I am very much interested in getting into real estate investing and have a question about early phases of my career.
would it be a good idea to become a certified home inspector and begin my business that way while pursuing my eventual goals of investing myself. Perhaps a bird-dogging/home inspection combination to provide a broader range of service to my clients and a more reliable stream of income to start me off. I wonder if anyone had tried this approach, if it is a good idea, or even if it is feasible. Many thanks in advance. Cheers.
