IF I buy single family house today and pay off from my pockate $50k and its appraisal comes after 5 days $125k then if i approch bank within 15days process since i bot… to get EQUTIY line … bank can land me money on $50k base or $125k base (remember i just bot 15days back at $50k) ? also in this situation if i need equity line $125k what are the option ? and which way to get lowest interest rate ?
It’s getting more and more difficult. Citi Home Equity used to have a strong product, but now they have cut it. Other lenders have “no seasoning” products but they have limits on the amount of “appreciation” since purchase. Your best bet is to find a local broker.
