I want to know that how to help in different price segments in Hoboken, Weehawken, Union City and Jersey City.
A little late to this one, but my sister owned a property in Hoboken a few years ago, huge appreciation hit that town over the past decade being so accessible to NYC. Follow the train lines to start and use that to help gauge where to start. Heard good things about Jersey City too.
