have been trying to sale the property with no luck since I took a new job that required me to move. With the ARM only going up and up while other interest rates went down and having to rent a house to meet my new employers requirements I just couldn't keep up.

Would back consider a SS if the HO till have job?

It does not matter if you have a job or not. Does the jobs income allow you to cover the mortgage, food, and clothing?

Are you 2-3 mo. behind in payments?

this for HO I know, not me. He had to move because of his job and now is renting a house and cant afford the house any more
