Are 15% int, 6 points @ 70% arv average terms for a hml?

Maybe a little lower in rate available. Lower points too depending on how long you need to borrow the funds.
Will they roll in the points and payments? Are any the rehab funds given out upfront or is there a reimbursement policy?
