has anyone know of a HML in the PA OR NJ that does HML under 50k ARV?
yeah if you have a couple deals that can be put together under one loan.
well, i could tie up two deals in one loan. One is selling for $12,900 ARV=$30K AND the other one is selling at $23,500 and ARV=$55k. I know the latter one has the potential of the typical HML guidelines but I would like to get both at the same time. I just would need the hard money to buy and repair. Any suggestions???
