HML in Md area

I’m trying to find at least two HMLs that fund deals in the Maryland area. Has anyone from this forum used a HML in Md and how would I find a reputable one?

I am also looking in the MD area as well…690 mid score low D2I ratio…I need a rehab loan $440K APV $550K looking to get max loan value

As long as you have “some” working capital you will not have a problem getting financed.

AApex is not a hard money lender, are they? I thought Aapex was a broker net-branch?

You are confusing us with APEX in Florida.
They are a net branch broker. We are a Direct Hard Money Lender for both Residential & Commercial properties.

I doubt you will find anybody else with our programs.
