Looking for HML who does business in Ct, and would anyone refer one of these lenders or have done a transaction with them? I have looked at the list here but I want to Know if someone had an experience with one and how it went?

I e-mailed them and no one got back to me. At this point rates are not a big deal I just don’t want to lose out on a couple of excellent properties.
