So far all I have done is buy property’s at tax resale
on most of them it was do as little as possible and get them rented as quick as I can.
So far that seems to be working admittedly slower than I assumed
Still have several to fix
I felt it was my cheapest entry into this game and I was willing to chance loosing what I was investing.
