Hi everybody I am new here and have been enjoying reading this forum. Just a little background about me-- I am a 25 year old male with a steady job who is looking to eventually get into long term real estate investing. Thanks I am from NJ! I don’t really have a plan yet, perse, but I am extremely intrigued by the concept of moving down South and taking advantage of the inexpensive real estate down there (I look at SC frequently). I also enjoy the warmer weather so I think it may be a better quality of life for me. The taxes in NJ are insane. I inherited a house in NJ from my dad its a relatively large house with over 200k in equity. It is similar to a mother/daughter and am working on the other side of it to make it into an apartment to pay the monthly mortgage :biggrin
